Finished goods are subject to stringent quality control as per procedure framed by Quality Assurance Department both, for domestic and international market. It analyses finished products and ascertains the quality of all its raw materials and packing materials which are sourced from various suppliers in India and overseas.

Separate Quality Control laboratories of approx. 2500 sq. ft. at all units are equipped with instruments such as HPLC, HSGC, FTIR, Polarimeter, Spectrophotometer, PH meter, Potentiometer, etc.

We have separate Microbiology laboratories of approx. 1000 Sq. ft. at all units. These are equipped with all necessary instruments such as Laminar Air Flow, Autoclave, Colony counter, Microscope, Incubator, pH meter, etc. The area in Microbiology laboratory is well segregated for media preparation, hot room and microbial testing and are provided with HVAC system.
